How can I pay?
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron and American Express. You can also pay by Paypal or cheque (payable to Outsiders Store Ltd.). Cheques take 10 working days to clear and the order will not be posted until this time.
My payment has been declined but I have definitely entered the correct details.
Our website is very secure and if you have entered your billing address incorrectly your payment will be declined. This address must match the one on your bank statement. If your IP address country is different to the country your card is registered to the payment will also be declined. Many businesses route through an overseas server, so if you are shopping from work and your payment has been declined, this may be the reason. Can I order something that you don’t sell?
If you want us to order something for you that we don’t sell, it will be non-returnable so you need to be sure the size/colour/specifications meet your needs. Payment for special orders is required up front and there may be a special order fee. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times for special orders.
Can I get a refund for sale items?

Yes – Mail Order purchases are covered by our normal terms and conditions for returning items, so you have 30 days to return them for a refund/exchange. The item must not have been worn and must have the original packaging/labels. Underwear/Blu-Ray discs and DVDs cannot be returned.

How much is the delivery charge?
Our flat rate postage charges can be found here: If your destination is not listed, we will quote on an individual basis and the charge will be determined by the size/weight of the parcel. We will offer as many options as possible (TNT, Royal Mail, Interlink Express). You can get an estimate for Royal Mail using their Price Finder here:
How can I track my parcel?
Parcels sent within the UK with DPD Local (generally those over £50 in value) will receive an email and SMS when the parcel is on its way. This will have a link to the tracking of your parcel. For other carriers, please contact us for your tracking number.
Do you offer express delivery?
If you call +44(0) 800 011 9027 before midday, and the item is in stock in our warehouse, there is a chance you may get it the following day. Overnight delivery is not available to 2 day delivery areas. You must tell us at the time that you need overnight delivery. This does not apply to orders placed via our website.
How long will it take for my item to be delivered?
Normal delivery times within the UK are 3-5 working days. If an item is not available in our warehouse we will source it from one of our stores which may delay your order. If items are needed by a particular date, please let us know so we can do all we can to get your order to you in time. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for foreign orders.
Do you ship VAT free to the Channel Islands?
Yes - Simply enter your postcode in to the address finder and we will automatically recognise that you are from the Channel Islands.

We understand that it may be difficult to return items in the current climate, so we’ve extended our returns from 21 to 28 days. If you need any more help or information about returns please have a chat with our customer service team: 0800 011 9027.

We only display items on the website that we currently have in stock. In most cases, stock can be taken from our main warehouse, and you will receive your item(s) within 2 working days from the point of placing an order. If we have to source the item(s) from our store’s stockroom, this takes a little longer and delivery is usually within 3-5 working days. If you need your items by a particular date, please let us know by using the additional shipping notes. (For overseas destinations please see the chart below).

Next working day delivery, morning delivery and weekend delivery may be available with a surcharge, depending on stock location and delivery post code. If this is required please call our customer service team on: 0800 011 9027.

All orders are subject to credit card security checks. In the case of international orders, some countries (eg. France, Denmark & Australia) do not divulge the relevant information for these checks to be carried out.

For most international orders of 2 kg and over we dispatch our goods via DPD Local. For items under 2Kg we use Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For or International Tracked. You can track these orders via the shipment number you will be provided upon despatch.

Orders from all BFPO addresses must be able to provide us with confirmation from a commanding officer that they are entitled to V.A.T. free goods.

The Freedom To Change Your Mind

All items purchased from Outsiders Store can be returned for a refund, exchange or gift card credit if returned within 28 days of purchase. Items must be returned with a valid receipt; in a perfect, unused condition, suitable for resale, complete with any box or packaging.

Should you be unhappy with the goods you have received and need a refund or exchange then you can either send it back to our address (below), or if it is more convenient for you, you can return it to our retail store.

Returns must be made within 28 days of receiving the goods, and we will issue a refund within a maximum of 5 working days of the goods being returned to us, always in the same tender type as originally used.

Please note refunds will only be issued onto the credit or debit card used in the original transaction. In situations where a transaction has been made with cash, the value will be refunded as a cheque or BACS payment within 14 days from our Head Office.

All returned items must be new and unused, and with original labels attached, along with all receipts. Please do not apply the postage label directly to the product packaging and ensure the item(s) are packaged securely and suitably for transit. Items packaged in a box (e.g. footwear) must be returned in an outer box or bag for protection. When you’re arranging to return an item, we strongly recommend that you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Please include a completed returns form in the parcel.

We regret that for Health & Safety reasons we are unable to accept returns of underwear.

  5. We receive your parcel and process the return. £5 will be deducted from the amount we refund you

Faulty Goods

If you receive an item that's damaged or faulty, you must let us know within 7 days of receipt. Failure to do so may mean that we can’t accept the return. In the case of faulty or damaged items, the customer will not be liable for any return carriage charge.

Please be aware that in order to comply with Health & Safety regulations any faulty items should be returned for assessment free from mud or dirt. We regret that we are unable to process items that do not meet with these criteria.

International Returns

If you are returning an item from a non EU country, please clearly mark the package as a 'returned item'. Failure to do so may mean we can't process your refund within the standard 48 hour timeframe.

Customer's Right To Cancel

According to the Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order up to a maximum of 14 days from the day after you receive your goods. Our returns policy gives you an extra week on top of your legal right, so when you order with Outsiders Store you get 21 days to decide whether or not you want to keep the item(s).
