How to find your measurements:

Sleeve:
Start the measurement from the centre back of your neck. While slightly bending your relaxed arm, continue to measure down from the shoulder and finish at the wrist.

Chest:
Measure under the arms, around the widest part of your chest.

Waist:
Take a measurement around the narrowest part of your waist.

Hip:
Stand with your feet hip width apart and measure around the widest part of your hips.
