Delivery

The majority of orders are fulfilled from our main warehouse, and you will receive your order within 1 to 2 working days from the point of order confirmation.

If we have to source any items from our stores then this takes a little longer and delivery is usually within 5-7 working days.

Morning delivery and weekend delivery may be available with a surcharge, depending on stock location and delivery postcode. If this is required please call our customer service team on: 0800 011 9027.

Shipping may take up to 2 days to deliver to Scottish Islands/Highlands
Please note that a signature is always required upon receipt.

For most international orders of 2 kg and over, we dispatch our goods via UPS. For orders under 2 kg, we use Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for or International Tracked. Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipment number that you can use to track these orders.

Delivery times are dependent on the service used and destination. Allow extra time for delivery in case of postal problems.

For orders shipping outside of the UK, VAT at 20% will be deducted from the order total. Customers outside of the UK and Isle of Man are responsible for paying all taxes and duties. These are not included in our delivery charges. The delivery company we use will typically invoice these separately.
