Full time content production role, producing both still images and video for use across our marketing channels. This will involve developing existing and new forms of creative content, which maintain Outsiders’ distinct tone and voice. The main aim of this role is to significantly increase the output and frequency of our high-quality content.

Responsibilities:

This role will see you working with the Creative Marketing team to turnaround photography and video briefs in a short timeframe. We’re a small, focused team, based in Manchester city centre and our working environment is relaxed and collaborative. Any given working week requires adaptability as things can change short notice, so a good degree of dynamism and the ability to be reactive is beneficial.

You will be:

- Shooting short-form video for use on social media

- Shooting photography for use across our website, newsletter, organic social and paid channels


Working on the full process of content production:

- Planning: Booking talent or wrangling staff, and organising your shooting calendar, arranging for product to be called in etc.

- Production: shooting creative to high standard.

- Post: editing and delivering imagery / video to tight deadlines.

- Although a largely collaborative process to develop ideas and direction, you should be able bring your own creativity and ideas to the table.



You should be:

- Creative, self-starting and able to work to a brief

- Able to take heed of - and utilise - constructive feedback.

- Highly competent with camera equipment.

- Experienced in photo and video editing software such a Photoshop, Lightroom, Premier Pro, Capture One, DaVinci Resolve etc. (Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud apps preferred but not essential).

- Experienced in social media video editing applications such as CapCut.

- Highly organised and detail orientated.

- Able to communicate excellently, both in writing and verbally.
