London, 27th October, a way to improve your Monday evening tenfold. We’re pleased to welcome Outdoor Recreation Archive and Shigeru Kaneko (Chief buyer at Beams Plus) to our store for an evening of retro outdoor revelry. Chase and Clint from Outdoor Recreation Archive (Utah, USA) will bring their travelling archive of vintage outdoor catalogues, and Shigeru will be displaying some choice pieces from his collection of 100+ down items, all the way from Japan.

Additionally, at the @greater.goodsCADDY Station, visitors can select elements to build their own customisable bookmark using offcuts of X-Pac and card stock, finished with exclusive branded stamps and stickers.

Long time followers of Italian outliers Rayon Vert and indeed, yours truly might know that we’ve stocked the brand since their very first collection.
It’s with great pleasure that we welcome RV’s Yuri Caban and Andrea Casagrande to Manchester for the first time on Saturday the 27th of September with a multifaceted experience curated by Kindred Spirits. Attendees can expect a meet and greet at the store before heading off on a 10.6km “Chattin’ Walk" ultimately reaching Stockport and MO6B to enjoy an evening of DJ sets all played on Mastersounds high-fidelity system.

As we do each year, we’re getting all of our staff together for a group hike. Following a successful spring and summer, and ahead of what we hope to be a busy autumn and winter, we find it beneficial to take stock collectively and prepare for our busiest time of year. This means we will be closing the stores on Tuesday, September 16th for the day. Online will of course continue to trade as normal.

Next Thursday (28th) we celebrate the Opening of Outsiders Store Manchester. 7-10pm.

Beers from Deya, Cocktails from MOTH, Kombucha from Hip Pop, soda from Picoso and sweet sweet music from Mastersounds. Not to mention 200 Oysters...

We’ve got together with Allday Goods to create a limited edition folding knife, inspired by the Japanese ‘higonokami’. Something perfect for the outdoors, whether you’re foraging, camping or gardening.

There will be a small batch available to purchase (in-store only) from 10AM on Saturday 28th September at Outsiders Store in King’s Cross, London. All blades are hand-made in Somerset from British carbon steel, numbered in the order you make your purchase and handles made entirely from plastic waste.
