Nicole McLaughlin is known for her tongue-in-cheek designs which revitalise and radically alter the original. Hoka have collaborated with the Boulder-based designer once again, overhauling the Mafate Three2 by adding a full-coverage, four-in-one gaiter system. Finished with five utility pockets and co-branded labels, this spinoff features a cinched entry and Velcro heel spike.

Taking the off-road heritage of one of Hoka’s most esteemed runners and revitalising it through their idiosyncratic lens. The Mafate Three2 is a hybrid of the Mafate Origins upper sat atop the Mafate Speed 2 midsole, complete with a Vibram MegaGrip outsole.
