The Thunder Pass is a very reasonably priced waterproof and one that doesn’t lack for features. Using Montbell’s proprietary DRY-TEC fabric, it has a soft handle and minimal crunch. A resilient fully seam taped 3-layer jacket, that packs into its own stuff sack.
