Men's Arctic Parka - Cappuccino

Big Rock Candy Mountaineering's signature cold-weather jacket, the Arctic Parka is a serious slab of winter outerwear taking cues from vintage mountaineering design. On the outside there's a durable 'grosgrain' nylon shell, on the inside there's a super-slick nylon lining, and sandwiched between all that you'll find high-quality duck-down insulation, keeping things reassuringly warm when the temperature drops.

The contrasting drawstring waist is a particularly nice touch, referencing the iconic outerwear worn during expeditions to the Karakoram mountains in the '50s (and later reappropriated by Ivy League professors). Mountaineering outerwear has evolved a fair bit since jackets like this were the pinnacle of performance, but there'll always be a place for something as well-considered as this.
