Norda have pushed the boundaries of trail running footwear even further to make the 005. Reportedly the lightest trail running shoe in existence, it's a refined race machine that somehow still ticks the boxes for stability and durability. Dyneema uppers keep things tough, while that wider mesh design helps to increase breathability. Dyneema is also used for the laces for a secure, locked-down fit.
What else? Small pillows on the lateral and medial walls of the collar help secure the heel... the single-compound Arnitel midsole offers plenty of bounce... the Vibram Megagrip Elite outsole keeps the weight down without sacrificing grip. Imagine an F1 racecar with off-road tyres and you're on the right track. These things are fast.
