The recycled nylon ripstop keeps things durable, it's filled with high-quality 700-fill reclaimed down and it does indeed take the form of a hoody. What else? The unique quilted pattern helps to retain heat, while the Thermogreen® synthetic insulation on the cuff and underarm panels helps reduce water intake. That big adjustable hood is quilted too, and thanks to that elasticated binding it offers good coverage of your face when the wind is blowing hard.
