Upon first glance, the Code Wind Jacket appears to be a fairly simple style, but there's plenty of forward-thinking details and intriguing features once you peer a little closer. Take the fabric for example. It's a Japanese nylon ripstop that's been adroitly constructed with a reduced CFM (cubic feet per minute) which drastically reduces the air permeability of the garment and vastly increases its windproofness. Those who run hot needn't worry either - laser-cut ventilation holes have been strategically placed under the arms and at the upper back to prevent overheating when efforts are intense. It's packable also, making it great for excursions in changeable weather.
