Designed to tackle freezing cold and wet conditions, the Permafrost Light Down Parka is perhaps the most complete piece of outerwear in the Montbell range. The outer shell is constructed from the proprietary DRY-TEC fabric, a two-layer nylon ripstop that’s not only completely waterproof on its own, but has been treated with DWR for comprehensive protection from the elements. Premium 800-fill power EX Down handles insulation duties, which is kept in place by Montbell's Sewn Through construction and housed in ‘skip-stitched’ baffles, which reduces cold spots and minimises heat loss.
