The Kasuri Ripstop Jacket is a prime example of what Snow Peak do so well. At base-level, it's a hooded windbreaker, made from lightweight ripstop fabric, but look a little closer and you'll notice that this isn't just any hooded windbreaker. For starters, that breezy fabric has been crafted using a traditional Japanese weaving process called Kasuri which gives it that slightly puckered texture. The pockets are pretty special too - with two substantially-sized hand pockets which are then sub-divided with two smaller compartments. They're hard to describe but very useful in real life. There's also a big vent on the back so things don't get too hot.
