Firepot’s Spicy Pork Noodles deliver the sweet and salty flavours of Thailand to make a moreish post-hike meal. The pork is slow-cooked with chilli, coriander, garlic, and soy, then paired with broccoli and soft noodles for warming goodness in every mouthful.

A complete dehydrated meal. Slow-cooked pork and tender broccoli in a spicy Thai-inspired sauce. Served with rice noodles.

Ingredients:Pork mince (25%), broccoli, rice noodles, onion, cabbage, garlic, red chilli, ginger, coriander, soy sauce (soya beans, wheat flour), spring onion, honey, rape seed oil, lime juice, sesame oil, fish sauce (anchovy extract, salt, sugar), cornflour.
